Karen quickly became deeply ingrained in our family and my grandmother's end of life transition. With her love, guidance, and support my Nan’s space was filled with so much love, life and, yes, even laughter. Not only did Karen talk and help Nan accept and resolve her emotions, she helped guide our entire family through this emotional time. At times, Karen could sense my anxiety and stress and offered techniques which could be done in just a few minutes to bring me back into my body and the present time. Karen has a calming, peaceful presence and was an exceptional part of Nan's end of life journey. We are so appreciative of Karen and the love she showed us!

“My experience while working through the End of Life Coaching Process with Karen Glass was transformational. As a coach, I found Karen to be professional, kind and attentive. The process allowed for proper planning about not only wishes and visions for the end of one’s life, but it also encouraged thoughtful introspection about important life moments. I highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in a greater understanding of themself emotionally, mentally and spiritually but also the physical and practical aspects of life that require dialogue and planning as to how their end of life could be conscious and their legacy be one of love and beauty. Karen Glass is a coach I could recommend to anyone who wants to work through this remarkable experience of life to end of life awareness.”

“Karen coached me through the End of Life process, of which brought me greater awareness to the meaning of having a Conscious Death. I was, around the same time, with my husband, preparing our pre and after death needs and plan. The coaching sessions gave me deeper understanding into how conscious dying is presented as a process of exploring the different aspects of life. This one-on-one process guided by Karen, gave me the opportunity to reflect and further integrate the emotional, spiritual, mental, physical and practical aspects of my own life. Karen provided doula services for our mother before she died. Her one-on-one companionship in vigil and her advocacy for Mom’s care and personal needs was conducted with professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend Karen Glass as both an End of Life coach and Death Doula.

“Karen Glass is bringing us the gift of conscious dying, whether it is an active end of life path, or whether it is about unfinished life events.  My own journey through this program was both revealing and thorough, allowing me to reach deep within and discover so much more of myself. Releasing outdated and recurring relationship patterns liberated me to be me without any negative residue. What Freedom!

This path with Karen offers anyone who is looking for inner peace the means to do so. For me it was a deep and incredibly helpful look at a variety of people and events in my life, which still had their hooks in me. Karen skillfully and ever so gently helped me to disentangle them by asking questions that brought my truth into focus. It is rare to find someone with a level of elegant maturity and the wisdom of her own journey who is willing to accompany others in this process.

Karen helps us to be free from judgment or blame, relieved of guilt where each of us can blossom no matter the timing. This is indeed a rare gift, one we might grant to a loved one. Ultimately this work is a gift we give to ourselves to get complete and close the book on our lives. May you be so lucky as to be given the opportunity to work with Karen and to learn who you really are in full acceptance of yourself.”

"The purpose of End of Life Coaching is to teach you to live with the end in mind. This is where true living begins. Karen Glass coached me through all the parts of my life - my physical, spiritual, mental, practical and emotional. She broke them all down and we went through all the things I would like to do in each of these areas if I only had three months to live. We discussed how I would like to be remembered, what kind of legacy I would like to leave. We went deep into past traumas and how healing those things now would make my life so much better, no matter how much time I had to live. She held space for me and asked me thought provoking questions that led to more healing. We talked about how I would spend my time if ninety days were all I had left - who would I want to spend them with and where do I want to be at the end? She helped me let go of expectations of others and forgive myself for my past mistakes. We went over my regrets. She taught me how to gently lay them to rest. Karen did all of this with ease. I highly recommend her as an end of life coach. I was forever altered by time with her. It changed my life AND death."
